Announcement about the Sogno Homes project. The residential project “Universal AURA” promoted by “Universal Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.” which subsequently underwent bankruptcy proceedings before the Hon’ble NCLT New Delhi-II in: CP (IB)-456 (ND)/ 2018.
Hon’ble NCLT Bench-II New Delhi has successfully awarded the task of Project completion to “Universal Aura Welfare Association”, Reg No. HR/018/2014/01193 (a registered association controlled and operated by homeowners of Universal Aura Project). For completion of Project, a company “Sogno Homes Limited” has been incorporated by the Association in compliance with approved plan.
