 “Sogno Homes Limited” has been incorporated by the Universal Aura Welware Association (a registered association controlled and operated by homeowners of Universal Aura Project).

The residential project “Universal AURA” promoted by “Universal Buildwell Pvt. Ltd.” which subsequently underwent bankruptcy proceedings before the Hon’ble NCLT New Delhi-II in: CP (IB)-456 (ND)/ 2018.
Hon’ble NCLT Bench-II New Delhi has successfully awarded the task of Project completion to “Universal Aura Welfare Association”, Reg No. HR/018/2014/01193
